Seaweed powder is a coarsely ground natural product extracted from seaweed. Packed full of a variety of nutrients, the powder nourishes your dog from the inside out. Our Seaweed Powder is very good for the maintenance of black dogs and their fur colouring.
Seaweed contains high levels of valuable vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, and natural minerals. The rich combination of vitamins and minerals can have a number of positive effects on the health of your pet including boosting metabolism, improving coat condition, facilitating cell renewal, fighting free radicals and stimulating digestion which supports weight loss in overweight animals. Seaweed also has a high level of iodine, which is vital for optimum thyroid function. Iodine content 760 mg/kg.
Feeding instructions:
For every 10 kg of body weight: 0.5 g daily
(¼ scoop equals 0.5 g)
The seaweed meal can be easily mixed with the food.
Depending on the rest of the diet and the constitution of the animal, the individual need for seaweed meal should be fed in raw feeding, which may differ from our recommendation. In case of thyroid diseases, please consult your veterinarian before use.
